RETURNS INFORMATION
We offer a no quibble 30 day return policy on online orders (with some exceptions see below*). This means you have 30 days from delivery of your order to return your item.
To be eligible for return, the item/s must be in the same condition you received it. Brand new unused with all tags attached and in its original packaging. You will also require receipt or proof of purchase.
In order to return, you should contact us via email (office@ohamotorsport.com) with details of reason for return and requirements (exchange or refund), to which we will provide details on how & where to return.
The buyer would be responsible for ensuring item being returned is securely packaged and postage costs.
Once the item is deliveried back to us, this will be processed and either exchange or refunded within 2 working days.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT GOODS
In the very rare instance that you receive goods which are either damaged or incorrect, this MUST be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery.
This can be done either via email (office@ohamotorsport.com) or by calling us on 028 9131 0297.
We will then be able to get this issue rectified promptly.
RETURN EXCEPTIONS
Some goods will be excempt from returns due to their nature.
