Christmas Club T&Cs

HOW IT WORKS:

OHA Motorsport Limited's Christmas Club enables you to pay off your selected product(s) within our range at your convenience.

No credit checks are required.  Products will be available for collection or delivery dispatched when they have been paid for in full. On receipt of full balance dispatch or collection will be scheduled with the customer.

To secure the product an initial MINIMUM deposit of 25% is required. This can be more at the buyers discretion.  Because the items you order are secured for you and will no longer be available for others to purchase, deposits for any cancelled orders will be forfeited and not refunded.

You can pay off the balance at your discretion, as much or as little as you can afford.

Payments can be made at any time within business operating hours either in-store or over the phone.

Items can be set aside from 01/08/2025. 

FOR GOODS TO BE DELIVERIED - To guarantee Christmas delivery we require full balances to be cleared by the following dates ;

Northern Ireland delivery : Thursday 12th December

Republic of Ireland delivery : Monday 2nd December

We will hold products with unpaid balances until close of business 23rd December 2025. On 27th December 2025 these products will be released back into stock. The customers deposit will not be refunded however any payments made in addition to this will be refunded to the customer.

Should you wish to cancel your order prior to paying the full balance, the initial deposit amount will not be refunded however any payments made in addition to this will be refunded.

Any refunds issued will be processed directly into your original payment card or bank account.  Cash cannot be provided.

On receipt of your initial deposit we will provide you a copy of the Sales Order, this will detail the monies paid and the balance still outstanding.

An updated Sales Order will be provided on receipt of any additional balances paid to show the total transactions on account to date and the balance still outstanding.

Note that prices included on our website do not include delivery.  Please speak to a member of our sales team about adding these additional services.

By using our Christmas club payment plan you have agreed to be legally bound by these terms and conditions, which shall take effect immediately.
